We were thrilled to partner with ITV Sport to create their title sequence and show package for the highly anticipated UEFA Women’s EURO 2025.
With the host nation being Switzerland, it only seemed logical for the Ignite team to set the entire sequence within the world of a cuckoo clock. Ignite’s UK and NZ team set to work crafting the unique location for the opener.
A playful sequence building anticipation to each live game was designed, taking the audience on a journey through a miniature Swiss world complete with wood carved footballers, fans traversing the Alps; all leading up to a tense penalty shoot-out featuring Spain’s Alexia Putellas in Basel.
Sections of the celebratory sequence were utilised for in-show transitions, backgrounds and full frame stings to give the show package a cohesive look.
